PMI is owned and operated by Radiology Associates of Nevada (RAN) which traces its origins to 1977. We are a private practice, multi-specialty radiology group providing state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology professional services to referring physicians for the care of their patients. Our steady growth reflects our commitment to meet the imaging needs of the greater Las Vegas area. RAN provides radiology and imaging services to some of the area’s top physicians and acute care facilities.

Board-Certified Radiologists, most of whom have subspecialty training encompassing all areas of radiology. Radiologists with thirty or more years experience as well as newly trained graduates from some of the nation's most prestigious fellowships and residencies bring the best of diagnostic and therapeutic radiology services to the Las Vegas Valley.
