PMI is owned and operated by Radiology Associates of Nevada (RAN) which traces its origins to 1977. We are a private practice, multi-specialty radiology group providing state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology professional services to referring physicians for the care of their patients. Our steady growth reflects our commitment to meet the imaging needs of the greater Las Vegas area. RAN provides radiology and imaging services to some of the area’s top physicians and acute care facilities.

RAN is comprised of over 20 Board-Certified Radiologists, most of whom have subspecialty training encompassing all areas of radiology. Radiologists with thirty or more years experience as well as newly trained graduates from some of the nation's most prestigious fellowships and residencies bring the best of diagnostic and therapeutic radiology services to the Las Vegas Valley. Patient care is our priority. We supply prompt and thorough service to all patients seeking care at all of our 5 hospitals or outpatient radiology offices.

Our scheduling team will provide you with a weekly status report on your patient’s appointments at your request. For PatientsYou or your healthcare provider has chosen Pueblo Medical Imaging for your diagnostic imaging procedure. Our outpatient facility has been designed to include the most advanced technology available. The staff performing your procedure are all accredited in one or more of the imaging modalities. Your examination will be read by an on-site board certified radiologist with subspecialty training in one or more of the many imaging disciplines.
